Christ Died For me

October 17, 2013

A handful of straw
and nothing more

A handful of wood
in a carpenter’s store

A handful of water,
“Living,” He said

A handful of food,
five thousand He fed

A handful of mud,
a blind man can see

A handful of nails,
Christ died for me.

  2. Jose D Amaya Says:

Jessie, I took your offer of reading about someone’s life and I can clearly see why Jesus has introduced you in my life. Let me know if you received this message. :)

The poem is a beautiful reminder of why Christ died for me (us) and evidence of how blessed you are with the written word.
