We are in control of our choices. It is hard to think that when you are in the middle of a horrible situation. But people can’t control our thoughts or our attitudes. I enjoy reading your posts. Have a great day choosing what you will put in it. Meghan

one day I decided it is useless to cry myself to sleep every night. It did not help, but it hurt me more. There comes a time when we have to look at the image in the mirror and then take some blunt decisions.

Amen! It’s funny – when I saw the title of this post, it made me think how truly that is what we need to do – our flesh is indeed trying to take control of our lives, but we need to exert our will by the grace of Jesus and deny self. Have a blessed New Year! God bless you!
